We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst to join our Workplace Technology team. This role is located in Lake Mary/LM or Pittsburgh, PAIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Improve client experience
- Participate in business as usual and project activities
- Assist with AI driven initiatives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required. 2-5 years of experience in technical and customer-support required experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.;"
- 3 to 5 years of desktop/side support required; Large enterprise experience; Banking experience not required but preferred
- 3 to 5 years supporting Desk Laptops/Desktops, Microsoft Surface, i Pad, and Mac devices; Handheld mobile support using Intune, RSA, MDA
- Remote support for all 3 United States time zones; One Drive, MS Office 365, MS Teams, VPN, Security, AI a plus; Service Now ticketing system; Self-starter, team player; Organized, detailed, well spoken, document creation a plus; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
