Senior Specialist, Business Data Architecture

We are looking for a Data Engineer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development,Snowflake, and modern cloud-based data platforms, along with understanding in Power BI for analytics and reporting. This role demands a solid understanding of data engineering principles,ETL concepts, and financial domain knowledge.

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling actionable insights for business stakeholders. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows for ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Build and optimize solutions on Snowflake and other cloud data platforms.
• Leverage ETL tools such as Informatica,Pentaho, or Azure Data Factory (ADF) to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Implement best practices for data modeling,performance tuning, and data governance.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for financial data.
• Drive projects independently, managing timelines and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer with strong knowledge of ETL concepts,data warehousing, and data architecture.
• Experience with Python and SQL for automation and advanced data processing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines,DevOps, and data orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and at least one ETL tool (Informatica,Pentaho, or ADF).
• Familiarity with cloud database technologies and modern data engineering practices.
• Understanding of Power BI and BI platform infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of financial domain concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
