We’re seeking a future team member for the role of **Director, POM Product Manager - Asset Owners (APAC)**to join our Fund and Investor Solutions Platform team. This role is located in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Directing the overall product strategy for the organization. Using subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders.

• Collaborating with other department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.

• Overseeing budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.

• 10 -12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.

• Prior experience working in or with Asset Owners in the APAC region

• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, and/or working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.

• High degree of proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
