We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Target Process Application Engineer to join our Enterprise Transformation Organization team. This role is located in **Pittsburgh, PA **or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of Apptio/IBM Target Process by leveraging expertise in software engineering and application delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Ensure the implementation of best practices in application development processes to enhance performance and security.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

• Support delivery of AI outcomes within the tool and across the wider ecosystem.

• Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced degree preferred.

• Typically 6-10 years of experience.

• Strong expertise in software engineering and application delivery methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
