We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Alternatives Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Luxembourg.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and oversee multiple outsourced Fund Accounting teams delivering accounting services for assigned clients, including NAV determination, fund performance calculations, expense allocations, and reporting.
  • Provide timely, accurate oversight support to Leads on complex NAV production across Hedge, Credit, Private Market, Real Estate, and Hybrid Funds investing in a broad range of instruments.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure operational effectiveness and achievement of unit goals and objectives.
  • Direct processes and resource allocation to ensure accurate NAV determination for assigned funds across multiple sectors each measurement cycle.
  • Partner with a broad set of clients to resolve escalated, unique issues related to fund accounting and calculations.
  • Contribute to methodology enhancements, drive efficiency gains, review work prepared by Leads, and provide guidance to senior team members.
  • Lead complex projects from inception to execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and risk management.
  • Maintain and apply governance standards in line with Luxembourg CSSF circulars.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar function, 15+ years total work experience preferred (Alternatives Fund Accounting / audit background, ideally with Big Four experience).
  • Proven people leadership: recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff; maximize individual contribution and professional growth; foster effective team collaboration.
  • Business-level English required, additional languages are an advantage.
