We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer I to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester.
BNY’s Wealth Services platform is a dynamic, next-generation ecosystem that leverages advanced data analytics, intuitive digital tools, and seamless third-party integrations to streamline operations and empower advisors to deliver personalized, world-class wealth experiences at unprecedented scale.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Manages the daily processing of cash movements by bank clients and confirm validity of transactions with manager in cash processing and relationship managers with connections with clients.

Monitor client payments, daily cash and wire transactions, and act as first line of defense by addressing flags raised by the transaction system.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies, demonstrating expertise in transaction processing.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, utilizing advanced data management skills to support audit and compliance efforts.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance transaction processing workflows, contributing to operational excellence.

Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients by addressing inquiries and issues related to cash processing and funds transfers.

Uphold the principles of teamwork and accountability, fostering a cooperative environment conducive to achieving departmental goals.

Experience in transaction management within financial services operations or wealth operations preferred.

High school/secondary education or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree welcomed but not mandatory.

Several years of total work experience helpful; we value transferable skills and diverse experiences.

Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
