We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for managing Voluntary Corporate Actions experience managing high value ( $250K+ min ) voluntary corporate actions across Event Capture, Instruction Capture, Processing , and Payment Reconciliations for all EMEA based clients with extended knowledge of APAC/US/LATAM markets voluntary Corporate Actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- A minimum of 5+ years of Voluntary Corporate Actions experience managing high value
- Knowledge of how all voluntary Corporate Actions events work from announcement through payment and reconciliation, including but not limited to all market nuances and major depository processes. (i.e. Euroclear & CREST ).
- Additional ability to interact with client facing teams and join host meetings and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams, with excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and delivery of process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
- Experience in holding teams responsible to department KRI’s and undertaking annual performance reviews with teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
