We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Custody Client Operations Associate II to join Custody Client Operations, Cash and Security Settlements Team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of Client issues.
• You will strive to assist our Clients in resolving their custody issues and inquiries.
• You maintain strong relationships with Operational Teams and Service Directors for clients located in EMEA, to report client trends and needs
• You will have awareness and / or experience in the field of AI / Digitalisation
• You will provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education
• 3-5 years work experience in financial services, or similar industry is preferred
