We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. This role location is Lake Mary, FL. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Direct a Fund Accounting area consisting of multiple teams responsible for accounting services including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports
• Manage financial and human resources for the unit, ensuring teams operate effectively to meet goals and objectives
• Set guidelines for determining net asset value (NAV) across various fund sectors and promote consistency across product areas
• Oversee client relationship management, ensuring service levels meet client needs and resolving client issues
• Participate in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparation and presentations
• Provide oversight and guidance on financial statement disclosures and resolve complex escalated issues
• Lead analysis of GAAP and/or IFRS rules to assess regulatory impacts and develop compliance policies
• Set guidelines and priorities for drafting financial reports and communicate complex accounting details to clients
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual and team performance
• Manage relationships with senior auditors and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting and fund performance depiction
• Oversee multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams through subordinate managers and contribute to achieving team objectives

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred
• Experience in fund accounting and client relationship management
• Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
• Proven people leadership skills with ability to recruit, develop, and motivate teams
