We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Billing, to join our Billing Platform team. This role is in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks within invoicing, management fees and commissions.
  • Ensure the work produced exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
  • Demonstrate an effective control environment around the entire billing and commissions related processes.
  • Work with large volumes of data, manipulating reports to ensure correct data is provided to the business and clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on invoicing, management fees and commissions processes.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to resolve client queries.
  • Work on ad hoc projects and process reviews as required.

     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience of working with operational processes, client inquiries, and issue resolution in a fastpaced environment. 
  • Experience of working in Billing/Finance Operations is preferred.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (including data manipulation and data analysis).
  • Demonstrable interest in continuous learning and process improvements, including the use of digital tools and AI.
  • Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
