We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Data and Quantitative Analysis team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead the execution of data transfer and integration processes by applying advanced methodologies and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks that align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data integration needs and provide solutions that enhance business operations.
• Monitor and analyze data transfer activities to identify areas for improvement, leveraging expertise in quantitative analysis.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 5-10 years of experience.
• Expertise in data integration and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with various teams and stakeholders.
