We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance to join our Performance team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Join a dynamic team, working closely with Portfolio Managers and Performance Analysts, playing an integral role in calculating Daily and Monthly returns for various reporting purposes.

  • Calculate index, fund, and client returns (Daily, Monthly, Yearly) for Active and Indexing strategies.

  • Perform Attribution analysis for Active and Indexing strategies.

  • Reconcile cash flows between systems.

  • Identify Corporate Action events impacting the performance of accounts and funds.

  • Detect pricing issues affecting account and fund performance.

  • Conduct account research to finalize returns.

  • Address performance-related ad hoc queries from Portfolio Managers, Client Relationship teams, and RFP/RFQ teams.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Hands-on experience in Performance Measurement and Attribution.

  • Basic understanding of Power BI and Excel macros.

  • Familiarity with Aladdin and Fact Set is a plus.
