  • Coordinate with FATCA/CRS Teams for data and reporting obligations; maintain complete, accurate records and timely submissions.
  • Interface with Client Service for escalations and service reviews; anticipate client needs and spark progress through insights and feedback loops.
  • Oversee cash flow handoffs and reconciliations with custodians/administrators; ensure smooth operations and clear accountability.
  • Administer fund/share-class terms and events per prospectus and governing docs, including corporate actions and fee changes.
  • Drive process simplification and automation (workflow tools, relevant AI use cases), staying curious about new ways to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with Product/Technology on enhancements; define requirements, lead UAT testing, and measure impact to run our company better.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (finance/accounting/business preferred).
  • 5–8+ years TA/fund administration/investor services; hedge/UCITS exposure.
  • 2–4+ years people leadership in operations.
  • Strong TA platforms/workflow experience; SLAs/KPIs, controls, and audit readiness.
