Specialist, Client Processing II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing II to join our AIS Investor Services. This role is located in Wrocław.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Performs routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions including analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems
• Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
• Answers inquiries and resolves problems or issues.
• Manages situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to internal or external client response.
• May be responsible for allocating and checking work of support team members including specific supervisory review, training and approval actions

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience, preferred in corporate environment.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
