Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our Fund Accounting Team. The area of business focuses on preparing and calculating accurate Net Asset Values (NAVs) across all funds in accordance with BNY standard operating procedures, providing services to all clients and ensuring that client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensuring that NAVs (Net Asset Value) are calculated accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervising the preparation and calculation of NAVs across all funds with zero error tolerance
• Ensuring that standard procedures and controls are adhered to on a daily basis by all staff under supervision
• Reporting any significant operational issues to a manager
• Ensuring that client concerns and requests are addressed on time
• Ensuring that audit queries are accurately and fully responded to

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• At least a year of relevant working experience
• Strong financial knowledge
• Very good English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Being well organized at work
• Analytical skills
• Sense of responsibility for your tasks, timeliness and reliability
• Curiosity around or experience with data, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI enabled tools), with an interest in learning how technology can support fund accounting processes, reporting, and controls..
