We’re seeking a future team member for the role **Specialist, Middle Office Representative II,**to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Serve as a lead for day-to-day operations of a Middle Office support team, providing work direction and technical assistance on complex matters.
• Lead daily activities of a Middle Office support team servicing multiple funds and resolve escalated problems during accounting and reporting cycles.
• Supervise tracking of fund data and trades, maintain records, and establish processes to improve team efficiency and support.
• Search for fail points in processes, produce error reports for clients, and help ensure compliance with service level agreements and FCC regulations.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce audit and financial exposure.
• Supervise a team of Middle Office support staff and support team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Mutual fund industry background is preferred.
• 3–5 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in accounting support or the mutual fund industry is preferred.
