We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, AI Enablement Lead – Network Services to join our Network Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive and deliver high-complexity, reusable AI capabilities and AI transformation to achieve efficiencies with SMEs within the teams.
  • Own AI demand intake and prioritization across Network Services, including identification, assessment, and prioritization of use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk.
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI capabilities across Network Services, business stakeholders, and central AI teams, including management of dependencies, handoffs, and escalations.
  • Ensure AI governance, risk, and compliance processes are followed across the Network Services AI portfolio.
  • Drive adoption of approved AI platforms, common tooling, and reusable implementation patterns across Network Services.
  • Define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and business outcomes for AI initiatives; report progress, value, and risks to leadership and central stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder management and internal communications for AI initiatives, including roadmap updates, progress reporting, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Build AI capability within Network Services by identifying skill gaps, promoting learning, and fostering a community of AI practitioners and SMEs.
  • Monitor performance and adoption of AI solutions and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and results.
  • Maintain clear visibility of the Network Services AI portfolio, including use cases, ownership, status, dependencies, risks, and reuse opportunities.
  • Provide production support for AI solutions in conjunction with SMEs within the teams.
  • Implement critical Run-the-Bank (RTB) and new projects related to Eliza, Eliza AI Hub, Eliza Brain (GCP Google Brain), and Eliza as a Service (EaaS).

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Extensive experience in AI technology transformation, product delivery, or enterprise change leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success driving AI or data-driven solutions from idea through implementation and adoption.
  • Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions for Infrastructure teams.
  • Technical depth in AI agents, LLMs, MCP, MLOps, data/platform architecture.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working in network infrastructure, network operations, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience operating effectively in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements for enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
  • Experience leading Infrastructure / AI teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of related infrastructure experience; experience in securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases relevant to infrastructure, operations, and service management.
  • Experience working with centralized AI, platform, architecture, or governance teams.
  • Experience defining KPIs, business cases, and value realization frameworks for enterprise technology initiatives.
