-
Rapidly assess and develop fluency in emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, digital assets, data infrastructure, fintech platforms), translating technical capabilities into clear business use cases and executable project plans.
-
Partner with business stakeholders to define structured problem statements, success metrics, delivery roadmaps, and implementation frameworks for new technology solutions.
-
Manage enterprise innovation programs, including the Ascent Program and Strategic Partnerships, ensuring disciplined governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
-
Oversee due diligence and evaluation of prospective partners and portfolio companies, with a strong focus on technical feasibility, implementation complexity, scalability, and operational integration.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
-
3-5+ years of experience in product management, program management, project management, or innovation delivery roles, preferably within financial services, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.
-
Demonstrated experience leading implementation of emerging technologies from pilot to scaled deployment.
-
Strong ability to quickly understand technical architectures, APIs, data models, and product capabilities — and convert that understanding into structured execution plans.
-
Experience working in development environments or alongside engineering teams, with fluency in agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with disciplined tracking of scope, timeline, risks, and budget.
-
Experience evaluating fintech or technology vendors, startups, or strategic investments, including technical and operational diligence.
-
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize technical, financial, and operational information into clear recommendations.
-
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across a matrixed organization.
-
Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
