We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2 to join our DATA AND ANALYTICS ENG team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design, support, and evolve automation across CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, particularly for deployments, upgrades, and operational workflows.
• Apply AI‑assisted diagnostics to accelerate incident investigation, log analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Identify manual or repetitive operational tasks and help automate, standardize, or simplify them.
• Improve the quality and usability of runbooks and SOPs, leveraging bank‑approved AI tools to scale documentation and knowledge sharing
• Provide 16×7 production support for Data & Analytics platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
• Act as the first point of contact for production incidents, alerts, and service requests.
• Perform initial triage, impact analysis, and first‑level troubleshooting, with a strong focus on fast stabilization and long‑term prevention.
• Execute production activities including application upgrades, go‑live cutovers, and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, DBA, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams, delivering clear diagnostics, evidence, and effective escalation.
• Drive SLA compliance and structured incident handling, participating in post‑incident RCA to reduce repeat issues.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology with minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support
• Expertise in Linux/Unix based application & Jenkins
• Hands‑on experience or strong practical exposure to CI/CD automation, particularly with Jenkins.
• Exposure to AI‑assisted developer or operational tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude Code).
• Comfortable working with GitHub or GitLab for code, automation, or documentation.
• Strong interest in automation, productivity tooling, and modern operational practices.
• Understanding in SQL commands & basic shell scripting. (Python is add-on)
• Understanding & usage of monitoring tools Grafana, Ops Ramp & New Relic
• Good in documentation and to utilize the bank AI approved tool.
• Keen to learn new technology and out of box thinking.
• Available to work in Shifts & Weekends.
