  • BNY is seeking a dynamic, tech‑savvy professional to play a key role in developing training and awareness programs that strengthen technical knowledge and operational capabilities. In this highly visible role, you’ll shape how thousands of employees learn and adapt in a fast‑moving technology landscape. From crafting compelling content to delivering engaging experiences, you’ll help drive the full lifecycle of program execution to bolster engineering and cyber readiness across the organization. This role is based in Pittsburgh
  • HYBRID.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Design and launch high‑impact training and awareness programs that align with BNY’s strategic goals—primarily across Cybersecurity and Engineering—ensuring teams have the knowledge and confidence to perform at their best.

  • Create engaging training materials and multi‑channel awareness content for diverse audiences, from deeply technical engineering teams to non‑technical audiences.

  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and reflective of the latest industry standards.

  • Manage end‑to‑end program delivery, from planning and execution to reporting and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement through data‑backed insights.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends bringing fresh ideas to elevate employee engagement and learning outcomes.

  • Apply expert‑level technical writing skills to develop clear and user‑focused content that enhances understanding to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Technical Writing) or related experience.

  • 10 plus years of experience developing and managing technical training or awareness programs, preferably within cybersecurity, engineering, or technology in financial services.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, audience-focused materials through exceptional communication and storytelling.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring the successful completion of each

  • Ability to analyze and optimize engagement channels to ensure ongoing effectiveness and adoption.
