We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Data Solution and SVCS Platform team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Serve as a lead for the day-to-day operations of multiple support teams, providing work direction and technical assistance on the most complex matters

• Manage data on the Bank's systems and serve as the final defense for accuracy assurance

• Establish document maintenance and summarization processes and procedures to improve team efficiency

• Lead software solutions or enhancements including AI and Digital Tools like Alteryx, Pentaho, ensuring that Data Management and Quantitative Analysis processes remain intact

• Respond to data-related questions from internal and external clients and help provide solutions

• Monitor staff production and quality performance objectives and communicate performance feedback and counseling to associates’ supervisors/managers

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience

• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred

• Experience in the financial industry preferred
