We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting II to join our Real Estate Cash Operations team in Alternative Operations. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.
Team overview:
Team provides cash management and operational support for real estate structures, including payment processing, liquidity monitoring, reconciliations, client servicing, and coordination with third parties, while ensuring all activities are performed in line with established controls and company policies.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Process invoice payments, distributions, tax payments, and funding requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform daily liquidity monitoring and support cash maintenance activities across client accounts
- Provide clients with current account balance information and respond to cash- and payment-related queries
- Liaise with third parties, including custodian banks, third-party administrators, and auditors, to support day-to-day operational activities
- Perform call backs and support the monitoring of sanctions screening controls in line with established procedures
- Maintain and organize documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness
- Reconcile cash activity between bank statements and fund accounting systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Maintain and update payee databases to ensure accurate payment setup and processing
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Fluency in English
- German will be an advantage
- An interest in a career in financial services
- Finance university background or similar field will be an advantage; however, we equally welcome graduates of all degrees
- Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet deadlines
- PC literacy, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
