We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer, to join our accting and admin team. This role is based in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead end‑to‑end onboarding analysis for clients adopting the Eagle accounting platform, ensuring seamless transitions and accelerated time‑to‑value.
  • Conducted deep‑dive client analysis to identify product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities, leading to scalable implementation strategies.
  • Partner closely with clients and operations to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements that lead to successful client onboardings.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and rollout of new software capabilities, ensuring high‑quality delivery and adoption.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between clients, engineering, and product management to influence the product roadmap and prioritize high‑impact enhancements.
  • Guide engineering teams through requirement refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness to ensure timely delivery of critical functionality.
  • Manage and develop a high‑performing consulting team of 7+ analyst. Strategically prioritize and allocate workload across multiple client engagements to ensure optimal resource utilization, delivery excellence, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Built long‑term talent strategies, including hiring, mentoring, and upskilling initiatives to support organizational growth and evolving product needs.
  • Collaborate with and support senior leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs are aligned and supported.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in financial technology, consulting, or product implementation, including significant leadership responsibility managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Deep expertise in client onboarding, enterprise software implementation, or accounting/portfolio management systems; experience with Eagle products strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex client environments, identify product gaps, and translate findings into actionable requirements that influence product strategy.
  • Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage senior‑level clients, understand strategic objectives, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Exceptional project leadership capabilities, including prioritizing work, allocating resources, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast‑paced, evolving product environment.
