Specialist, Middle Office (Client Operations )

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Middle Offic e to join our Middle Office BOLT team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Report fund subscription and redemption trades to the business,
• Deal with trades exceptions,
• Liaise with custodians, TA, and other stakeholders to resolve any reconciliation issues
• Perform cash reconciliation,
• Research and resolve assets & liabilities discrepancies between clients and brokers data,
• Monthly client reporting.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar,
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience,
• Understanding of investment funds and their structures,
• Knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation is a plus,
• Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,
• A strong team-player,
• High level of accuracy and attention to details,
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• AI proficiency preferred.
