Senior Vice President, Deal Management Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Deal Management Manager to join our Asset Servicing & Commercial Controls team. This role is located in a city not provided in the provided context.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as Agile Lead and Release Train Engineer, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional delivery across Deal Management and Commercial Controls.

Drive end-to-end execution of prioritized initiatives including RFPs, DDQs, pricing/re-pricing, Business Acceptance, Lead to Ledger, billing remediation, fee schedule streamlining, deal coordination, benchmarking, and executive presentation design.

Oversee and strengthen controls transformation spanning KYC/AML, OREs, Complaints, Issues Management, Resiliency, Sanctions, and Financial Crimes, ensuring compliance with BNY policies and regulatory requirements.

Apply consulting-grade problem framing, analytical problem solving, and process engineering to enable continuous improvement and scalable operating models.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or consulting, with delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

2+ years of proven experience as an Agile Lead, Release Train Engineer, or similar role, with strong Agile leadership and facilitation skills.

Deep understanding of Deal Management processes and Commercial Controls (e.g., KYC/AML, OREs, Complaints, Issues Management, Resiliency, Sanctions, Financial Crimes), plus strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

People leadership experience, including leading Agile teams and influencing stakeholders across business, control, and technology functions.
