We are seeking a highly professional Specialist, Executive Assistant II to join our Operations team, based in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and organise domestic and international travel arrangements.

Oversee timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense reports.
-
Prioritise and manage competing requests, adapting efficiently as organisational needs evolve.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and external partners.

Prepare high‑quality agendas, minutes, reports, and supporting documentation.

Triage sensitive or complex matters and ensure appropriate and timely follow‑up.

Support cross‑functional administrative projects and collaborate closely with other administrative professionals.

This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to a Global Head and their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisation, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This role is well suited to individuals who excel at managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
