Specialist, Derivatives Support

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform daily OTC derivatives operational processing, including trade capture validation, lifecycle events, and position or cash updates.
• Execute reconciliations (trade, position, cash) and investigate breaks in line with documented procedures and controls.
• Identify, document, and escalate exceptions, processing issues, and potential NAV or client impacts in a timely manner.
• Support daily deliverables and reporting requirements for assigned derivative clients.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Foundational understanding of OTC derivatives or financial products within Operations, Fund Accounting, or Middle Office environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindset.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and operate effectively in a daily production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence escalating issues when required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data analysis beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
