We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Shareholder Services Representative I to join our Retail Customer Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Working within the Retail Services department, answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders.
Assist with processing financial transactions, provide account information, and respond to client inquiries daily of varying complexity.
Provide advanced technical assistance for shareholders’ online accounts.
On a case-by-case basis, review shareholder accounts for any errors, general issues, and escalate matters through appropriate channels when issues cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
Track the progress of escalated matters to ensure proper follow up and closure of these issues.
Provide guidance to junior members of the staff. This position does not have direct reports.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in financial services preferred.
