Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Oversee the execution of complex client reporting and performance analysis by utilizing in-depth knowledge of client operations processes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting methodologies and ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for client reporting and performance metrics, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in client reporting, offering insights and solutions to complex challenges faced by the organization.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client performance data.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in client operations or reporting is a plus.
• Experience in trading or brokerage is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
