POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President, POM Product Management is a pivotal role within BNY, responsible for driving product strategy and development within the Product Management function.

• As an Individual Contributor, the Vice President plays a crucial role in ensuring that product offerings meet market demands and client expectations, while upholding BNY's principles of integrity, collaboration, and accountability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the development and execution of product strategies by leveraging industry expertise and market insights to enhance product offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement by demonstrating effective stakeholder management.
• Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining robust product governance and risk management practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to promote product adoption and client satisfaction.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on product management best practices to support the development of the product management function.EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.EXPERIENCE:- Typically 5-8 years of experience.SKILLS: - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.
