We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, ETF Product to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Dublin

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

ETF Product & Innovation:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and enhanced ETF product services

• Apply a client‑focused, strategic mindset to identify innovation opportunities

• Develop busines cases to support investment decisions and product enhancements

Systems Analysis & Delivery:

• Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and solutions

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver complex system enhancements

Data, Metrics & Process Improvement

• Partner with Service and Operations Management to analyse: Workforce deployment, Process overlaps and gaps, Productivity and efficiency metrics

• Identify measurement gaps and design suitable metrics and methodologies

Governance & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal throughout the product development lifecycle

• Use delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence to track risks, issues, dependencies, and progress

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience within enterprise environments

• Prior exposure to ETF servicing or asset servicing operations is strongly preferred

• Background in one or more of the following: Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Derivatives or related operational functions

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

• Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts

• Strong data skills, including: Data management and aggregation, Analytical reporting and visualisation

• Tools and technologies: VBA, SQL, API connectivity, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced), PowerBI or similar visualisation tools (desirable)

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, and vision to senior stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
