We are seeking a senior‑level Network professional to lead the design, delivery, and operation of secure, resilient network solutions across campus, branch, and data center environments. This role owns end‑to‑end solution delivery and works in close partnership with infrastructure, security, real estate, risk, and audit teams to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, highly regulated enterprise environments.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Production Services Network Engineer to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) – Network Services team. This position is based in Pune, India.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead delivery of network solutions across campus, branch, and data center environments, from design through implementation.
  • Own end‑to‑end network solution delivery, partnering with Real Estate, Infrastructure, Security, and external vendors to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Define, implement, and enforce security and compliance controls, including access management, logging and retention, encryption/TLS, WAF and proxy policies, and certificate governance.
  • Provide end‑to‑end application delivery and compliance assurance across enterprise environments, aligned with ITIL practices and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with platform, security, risk, and audit teams to design, operate, and continuously improve controls that protect applications, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain audit evidence.
  • Lead vulnerability management activities: discovery, triage, prioritization, remediation, validation within SLAs, and management of exceptions and compensating controls.
  • Coordinate with network and security teams to design secure traffic flows and application delivery architectures, including load balancing, reverse proxies, and network segmentation.
  • Drive observability and resilience by implementing health, availability, and performance monitoring, and refining alerting to reduce noise and accelerate incident response.
  • Perform network design, implementation, and operations for global branch and campus infrastructure, with a focus on SD‑WAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and related technologies.
  • Provide technical project leadership for global network builds, expansions, and modernization initiatives.
  • Conduct peer reviews and maintain standards, configurations, runbooks, and documentation for branch and campus network programs.
  • Configure and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure performance, stability, and security.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal service disruption.
  • Collaborate with service providers and carriers to resolve connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
  • Utilize network monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Solar Winds, Splunk, Forward Networks) to proactively monitor network health and prevent issues.
  • Apply proactive analytics and risk assessment to planned changes to minimize operational impact.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend network solutions aligned with corporate standards and evolving business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and subject‑matter expertise to customers, partners, and stakeholders in support of network and branch delivery objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong experience in enterprise network routing and switching across multiple platforms.
  • Extensive hands‑on expertise with SD‑WAN, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and related routing technologies in large‑scale environments.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating branch and campus network infrastructures globally.
  • Implement and manage Network Access Control (Cisco ISE) to ensure accurate device profiling, authentication and policy-based access enforcements before network connectivity is granted.
  • Strong foundation in ITIL processes, application management, formal change management, network governance controls and risk analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and manage technical stakeholders with an ownership mindset.
  • Experience with observability and logging, including SIEM/log analytics, performance monitoring, configuration baselines, and drift detection.
  • Working knowledge of network automation concepts, including scripting (e.g., Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) to standardize and enforce controls.
  • Advanced proficiency configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Strong background in wireless network design and implementation, including Aruba or similar WLC and access point solutions.
  • Experience working with service providers and carriers, including troubleshooting and escalation to resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools such as Solar Winds to proactively monitor, diagnose, and maintain network health.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering or infrastructure delivery roles.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
