We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Channels team. This role is located in Pune

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: AI & Intelligent Systems

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and business workflows
• Apply NLP, machine learning, and AI frameworks to build intelligent automation
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model and agent performance
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and responsible AI standards

Full Stack Development

• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Build responsive front-end applications using Angular and modern UI frameworks
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration
• Implement reactive programming patterns for high-performance applications
• Manage the full application lifecycle—from development to deployment and monitoring

DevOps & Engineering Practices

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• 8-12 years of experience in software development with strong full stack capabilities
• Proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Angular (v6+)
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Dialogflow, Rasa)
• Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, and AI integration techniques
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and ethical AI development practices
• Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases
