We’re seeking a future team member for the role of product owner to join our Investor Solutions Platform focusing on the EMEA Core Record keeping team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Defining and prioritising product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and working closely with development team to ensure the successful delivery of the product.

Managing the product backlog and near-term roadmap ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritised and groomed.

Owning user stories, refinement process and Stakeholder Management (ongoing collaboration and updates)
-
Writing specs for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specs for major features.

Negotiating the implementation of current work, make the right trade-off decisions to launch products in a high-quality manner. Escalating to management as necessary.

Identifying and triaging issues with specific features, whilst understanding how multiple features are interrelated and catch more complex problems.

Defining proper measurement and instrumentation for a product to analyse results post-release/launch.

Partnering with manager to make recommendations on the right next steps for the feature.

Assessing the quality of existing processes to make recommendations on how to improve user experience.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Experience working in an agile environment
-
Financial Services experience
-
Organised, resourceful and able to prioritise tasks

People Leadership requirement (if applicable) bullet point

Strong communicator and influencer
