We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Reporting, Performance
- IC1 to join our team. This role is based in Pittsburgh PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Assist in monitoring and collecting data on the performance of client portfolios
- Field questions about reporting systems and reports used and generated by clients
- Conduct research on industry trends to understand key issues affecting client portfolios
- Collect and analyze data from client portfolios to monitor performance and provide clients with information for risk management, portfolio allocation, and peer comparison
- Develop technical expertise regarding product offerings to act as a resource to clients
- Support the maintenance of the online platform used by clients to generate portfolio and performance reports
- Provide senior professionals with data gathered from client trades and client concerns to improve client experience
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in trading or brokerage preferred
- Strong analytical and research skills
- No direct people leadership required
