Our Team Enterprise Technology Solutions helps financial institutions solve the complexity of system integration across their organizations. Clients rely on multiple internal and external platforms to support trading, risk, operations, and reporting workflows. Our team provides the tools, expertise, and services that enable seamless integration between client systems, Bloomberg applications, and third-party platforms. Within our implementation organization, teams focus on both standardized integration solutions and customized client implementations, supporting a wide range of workflows across asset classes and regions. We work closely with clients, product, sales and engineering partners to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient integration outcomes across the APAC region.
**What’s the Role?**In this role, you will deliver client-facing technology solutions within complex financial or enterprise environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their business workflows, technical landscapes, and integration requirements, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, production-ready solutions connecting client systems with Bloomberg platforms and services. You will be involved across the full delivery lifecycle, from scoping and solution design through implementation, testing, and transition to production support, while collaborating closely with internal product, engineering, and support teams. The role spans a broad range of integration use cases, including cloud-based connectivity, data transformation, real-time and batch processing, and interoperability with third-party systems. You will develop a deep understanding of client workflows and apply that knowledge to deliver reusable and scalable solutions that support evolving business needs.
We’ll Trust You To: - Design, configure, test, and implement solutions connecting client systems, Bloomberg platforms, and third-party technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to deliver high-quality client outcomes
- Support multiple concurrent projects across the full implementation lifecycle, from delivery through transition to production support, while balancing priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related implementation and connectivity issues efficiently to minimize client impact
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client workflows to support delivery, handover, and ongoing support
- Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and best practices across implementation and onboarding activities
- Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn as technologies, products, and client requirements evolve
You’ll Need To Have: - 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a technical role supporting front-office technologies, brokerage platforms, or OMS providers
- Experience supporting or implementing technology solutions involving system connectivity, data integration, or workflow automation
- Working knowledge of financial data transfer or messaging technologies, such as FIX, Web APIs, MQ, SFTP, or SWIFT
- Hands-on experience leveraging automation frameworks or internal/external tooling to standardize connectivity, configuration, and certification workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Strong ability to work independently while building effective relationships with external clients and internal partners
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to engage in complex technical discussions with diverse stakeholder groups
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
We’d Love to See: - Experience with FIX onboarding or comparable protocol-based client integrations
- Experience applying data transformation within integration workflows using specific ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Mulesoft, Tibco, Dell Boomi) or transformation languages (XML/XSLT)
- Foundational certification or basic understanding of cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with IT service management, client relationship management, or operational support frameworks
- 3+ years of programming or scripting experience used to support automation, tooling, or integration workflows (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, C#, Java, C++)
- Experience using Web API testing tools such as Postman
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language
