  • Real-time Data department is one of the fastest growing areas of Bloomberg. The Auth Infrastructure is a key link in the Enterprise Real-time Data workflow. Our system allows customers to manage their users, applications, and permissions for various Enterprise Data products. It drives our massive market data distribution platform’s data permission checks in real time. On the Auth Infrastructure team, we design and develop high capacity and low latency APIs for user authentication and data access authorization. We provide clean libraries and services that power entitlement configuration UI and other user interfaces. We also design and build core datastores and the data access platform for the entitlement management system using various database technologies.

We are looking for an engineer to join our team to help us build the next generation of market leading enterprise data entitlement facility. In this role, you will have exposure to a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to, designing and building our next-gen sessions based real-time user loading and permission check services, creating high performance notification systems utilizing state-of-art messaging and streaming technologies, developing reusable business modules and data access layer logic in C++ and Python, designing and developing modern databases and caches to support the growing user base, and more! As a member of our team, you will be working with a group of highly motivated engineers, learning continuously, and contributing ideas starting day one!

Salary Range = 160000 - 240000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
