Enterprise Technology Services Specialist
Bloomberg delivers critical information in a world where information matters. We give influential decision-makers in business, finance, and government an edge by connecting them to a dynamic network of news, data, and ideas. At Bloomberg, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, think creatively, and continuously push beyond what’s possible.
In capital markets, buy-side and sell-side firms increasingly rely on automation across asset classes, supported by secure and scalable integrations. Bloomberg’s Enterprise Technology team designs, delivers, and supports connectivity and integration solutions for clients who rely on us to power their most critical workflows.

-
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across global client environments, identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions
-
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to prevent incidents and improve system resilience through proactive design and change management
-
Act as a trusted technical partner for clients, balancing urgency, accuracy and long-term solutions
-
Support client relationships through close collaboration with Account Management teams across electronic trading and regulatory workflows
-
Ensure a smooth transition for clients as they move from implementation into ongoing production support
Who you are:
You’re naturally curious, technically minded, and motivated by solving complex problems. You take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy working directly with clients to help them succeed. You’re comfortable in fast-moving environments, enjoy collaborating across teams, and are always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
You’ll need to have:

-
A background in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience within financial markets
-
