About this role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with proven experience in**.NET** and React/TypeScript, and a strong interest in AI-driven solutions. The candidate will play a key role in advancing e Front Insight Core, our premier Private Markets data and analytics platform. This platform is central to the success of our Data Collection business and increasingly leverages AI technologies to deliver smarter insights and automation.

e Front, a part of Black Rock, is a leading software provider of end-to-end solutions dedicated to the Private Markets Investments industry.

Fully integrated into our Engineering Team in Belgrade, the employee will work across both technical and functional layers of our most innovative products, while gaining expertise in the fast-growing Private Markets industry and AI-powered solutions.

Technologies and Concepts involved:

• C# / .NET

• React / TypeScript

• Microsoft Azure Cloud Services

• Cloud-First applications, micro-services architecture (AKS)

• AI/ML integration for data enrichment and automation

• GenAI modules for intelligent document processing and user interaction

Proficiency in the following technologies would be considered a benefit:

• Python (for AI/ML workflows)

• Elasticsearch

• Azure CosmosDB

• Azure Service Bus

• Kubernetes

• Familiarity with AI frameworks(e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch) or Azure AI services

Responsibilities of the role and team include:

• Designing and implementing new features, from conception to production deployment.

• Building AI-enhanced components to improve data quality, automate workflows, and deliver predictive insights.

• Managing every aspect of our SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution on the cloud platform.

• Contributing to the improvement of team methodologies (CI/CD, automated testing, standard processes).

• Collaborating with a team of versatile, open-minded people with a strong innovation spirit.

Crucial Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences, or related software engineering background.

• At least 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

• Strong knowledge of C#, and experience with React/TypeScript; Python knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to autonomously dig into an existing codebase and understand its concepts.

• Curiosity about the functional part of the product; any knowledge of the Finance industry is highly appreciated.

• Interest in AI and GenAI technologies; experience with AI integration or model deployment is highly valued.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive approach with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Our hybrid work model

Black Rock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
