岗位职责：
- 与研发和CMC团队合作，确保关键原料、试剂和设备的采购可行性；
- 为研发项目提供供应商市场信息与成本趋势分析；
- 识别并缓解研发与中试阶段的供应和合规风险；
- 将研发需求转化为品类战略输入，与全球品类 经理协同；
- 5.协调珠海、南通、上海及总部的采购活动；
- 6.推动供应商早期参与与创新采购；
- 7.战略性研发采购对接角色，确保采购在研发早期介入。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，药学、化工、生物技术或供应链管理相关专业；
- 8年以上制药或生物技术行业采购经验；
- 熟悉药物开发流程（从发现到CMC及临床阶段）；
- 具备良好的项目管理及利益相关者沟通能力；
- 跨职能协作与项目管理能力，支持CMC及临床阶段；
- 能够识别并降低研发供应风险；
- 支持创新供应商与本地化采购策略；
- 良好的英语沟通与全球协作能力；
- 中英文流利，能与全球团队有效协作。
