岗位职责：
- 严格按照GMP等相关文件要求，执行下游纯化生产任务；
- 起草或制定下游生产相关SOP文件，完善生产文件体系；
- 负责车间设备记录、台账的检查与定期归档；
- 带领小组成员完成项目生产各生产操作单元，如生产前准备、层析、出病毒过滤器、超滤等步骤；
- 培训新人，提高团队工作效率；
- 参与车间公共事务，完成领导分配的其他任务。
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，具备4年以上（本科3年、硕士1年）蛋白纯化放大生产经验或商业化GPM生产工作经验；
- 工作认真、责任心强、较强的学习能力和动手能力，工作积极主动，服从领导安排工作、团队合作精神好，具备良好的归纳总结能力；
- 能熟练使用office办公软件（word、PPT、Excel），较强的英文读写能力。
