岗位职责：
- 负责下游生产及相关的日常管理，负责下游生产与其他部门的沟通协调；
- 负责优化生产管理相关流程与制度；
- 根据生产计划、安排生产任务控制生产作业进度；
- 参加内部审计，负责偏差调查，制定预防纠偏措施，并监督追踪各项行动的执行 ；
- 协助做好生产过程中的质量管控，以及工艺和各项操作的执行情况；
- 做好生产过程中的进度控制、质量控制、成本控制以及安全管理。
任职要求：
- 本科以上学历，具备9年以上（硕士7年）生物大分子药物下游纯化经验；
- 熟悉生物大分子药物生产相关理论知识；
- 熟悉GMP相关法规，具有GMP车间生产及商业化生产相关工作经验；
- 具有较强的责任心、安全意识、保密意识、具有良好的人际沟通协调能力、执行能力、领导能力、抗压能力，注重团队合作；
- 具备英语沟通能力。
