岗位职责：

• Lead the coordination and communication among Zhuhai PD department；
• Align with PM, RA, QA, QC and relevant departments to move projects forward；
• Communication with the external vendor for outsourcing projects；
• Communication with the GTD team for all the innovation projects；
• Any assignment.

任职要求：

• 15 years of master's or > 10 years of Ph. D. in the biologics industry;

• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Familiar with the process development, manufacturing, regulatory, and CMDO management for the US/China;
• Demonstration of capable cross-functional communication and coordination;
• Demonstration of track record of leading company major project to achieve overall goals.
