About This Role:As an Intern in the Digital & Omnichannel team, you will provide essential operational support across all therapeutic areas, assisting in the execution and coordination of omnichannel marketing activities. You'll be involved in planning, analyzing, and ensuring the quality and compliance of digital campaigns across various channels. This position offers practical exposure to digital marketing, project delivery, and internal governance within a regulated healthcare environment. You will manage digital content workflows, support financial processes, and collaborate with stakeholders, enhancing our digital operations. Your role is crucial in building foundational capabilities in omnichannel marketing and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the success and innovation of our marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Digital & Omnichannel function across all therapeutic areas.
• Support the execution and coordination of omnichannel marketing activities across multiple digital channels.
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and quality review of digital content and materials.
• Manage digital content workflows and processes in internal systems such as CRM and Veeva Vault.
• Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and presentation materials related to digital campaign performance.
• Support project coordination activities, including timeline tracking and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate administrative and compliance-related processes, including Purchase Orders and PRC processes.
• Coordinate with Finance and external vendors regarding PO setup, invoice processing, and project closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and external agencies on digital initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital, administrative, and reporting processes.

Required Skills:

• Ongoing or completed university studies in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, economics, management, or a related field.
• Communicative English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in standard office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic project coordination skills, such as tracking timelines, task statuses, and follow-up actions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in accordance with established processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work in line with compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Initial experience in marketing, digital, or project-based work.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems or content management tools.

Additional information:

• This is a 12-month internship, up to 32 hours per week, with an hourly rate of 31,40 PLN.

• Candidates must based in Poland, have a valid work permit, and be fluent in Polish.
