This role combines strategy, innovation, analytics, and stakeholder leadership. You will define and operationalize the global Patient Finding operating model, drive scalable analytics- and AI-enabled solutions, and influence senior leaders across the organization to ensure measurable patient and business impact. Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this role requires resilience, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

  • Own the Patient Finding performance framework, including KPIs, success metrics, ROI tracking, and value delivery reporting

  • Use analytics and insights to inform strategic prioritization, decision-making, and senior leadership discussions

  • Select and oversee external partners, methodologies, and pilots aligned with global strategy and enterprise impact

  • Operate with resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive change

Who You Are

You are a strategic, resilient, and highly collaborative leader who thrives in complex global environments. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultures. You bring a strong consultative mindset, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. You are known for your ability to build alignment, drive change, and bring people on board through credibility, data, and relationship management rather than authority. You are analytical by nature, with strong business acumen and curiosity around innovation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. You know how to navigate matrix organizations effectively, escalate appropriately when needed, and maintain momentum in fast-evolving environments.

Required Skills

  • Significant experience (10+ years) operating at a global or regional level within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
