ビジネスアナリシスリード

BU、ファイナンスと協力し、より質の高い販売計画の策定やビジネス進捗確認のための部門横断的な議論をリードする。

ビジネス戦略とビジネス上の疑問を理解し、主要な市場調査の設計と実施、又は二次的データの提供により、ビジネス上の疑問に対するインサイトやソリューションをBUに提供する。

セールスフォースエフェクティブネスに役立つ分析結果やインサイトを営業企画推進チーム/BUに提供する。

各営業サイクルのインセンティブ計画立案とフォローアップ、販売目標計画の営業担当者までの落とし込みにおいて、必要なデータを提供し、BUならびに営業企画推進チームを支援する。

1.販売予測

• BUやファイナンスと協力し、バイオジェン グローバルで設定されている年間マイルストンのタイミングに合わせて、売上予測の仮説を立て、計算する。
• 計算ロジック、投入データについて説明責任を負う。
• 売上予測の各マイルストンの検討会議を開き、関係者間の議論を促進し、資料の取り纏めを行う。

2.市場調査

• BUと協力し、市場調査の基本計画を立案し、調査を実施する。
• ビジネスニーズに基づき外部データを購入し、分析し、インサイトをBU/JLTに提供する。
• 一次/二次市場調査を通じて得られた発売前のブランドに先を見据えたinsightsを、関係者に提供したり、販売予測に活用する。

3.マーケティングエクセレンス

• 二次データ（IQVIA、MDVなど）も活用し、市場トレンドやコマーシャル活動上のインサイトを得て、BU/JLTに提供する。
• KPIダッシュボードを設計し、データを更新し、BU/JLTに提供する。定期的にニーズを把握し、テンプレートと追跡内容を更新する。
• BIツール（CEA, Reflex）の内容を深く理解し、Globalの分析結果による判断と国内の分析結果による判断を整合させる。現在使用されているBIツールの課題を検討し、ニーズ別の検討に基づき改善計画を提案する。

4.セールスフォースエフェクティブネス

• 包括的な方法とデータに基づき、国内販売目標をregion/territory/施設レベルに分割する方法をBUに提案し、合意に基づいた方法で算出する。
• 販売実績の追跡において、営業活動上の課題やインサイトを抽出し、BU/RHに提供する。
• インセンティブプランの立案に、データ分析からのインサイトを提供し、議論を活性化させる。インセンティブプランの進捗状況を追跡するためのダッシュボードを整え、BU/RHに提供する。

Minimum educational level

• 経済、統計、公衆衛生、情報技術又は関連分野における学位、又は同等の学位。

Minimum experience requirements necessary to perform the job

• 製薬業界における5年以上の経験
• マイクロソフトのオフィスツール（エクセル、アクセス）又は統計ツールを用いた3年以上のデータ分析経験
• 販売予測の実務経験
• 市場調査の実務経験
• マーケティングモデル分析の実務経験
• 限られたガイダンスで、ある程度複雑な部門間プロジェクトを実施し、期限内に終わらせた経験
• 日本語と英語の両方の専門的コミュニケーション能力がある
