【职位描述】

• 在区域内积极开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与客户建立并维持良好的业务关系，以合法合规方式达成公司指标，同时保证公司产品的市场口碑与声誉。

【产品推广】

• 在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的推广目标,并有效地整合利用资源

• 按照公司规定的客户覆盖和拜访频率，制定目标客户的拜访计划并实施

• 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向客户提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益

• 保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高客户的满意度,并建立长久良好的业务关系

• 挖掘现有客户潜力，并不断开发新客户，推动公司产品市场占有率的提升

• 执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划

• 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

• 定期分析区域情况,确立潜在客户以及区域发展重点，迅速精准找到生意突破口及机会点

• 有效、合规合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源

【产品知识】

• 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致

• 通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用

• 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广

• 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

• 确保在产品推广和日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和合规制度，保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则

• 保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求

应聘要求：

• 学历背景:大专或以上学历；本科，医学、药学或相关专业优先

• 工作经验:2-3年以上外资制药公司医院销售代表工作经验；有神经领域等特药工作经验优先；
