Marketing Coordinator (Contrato para la obtención de la práctica profesional con duración de 1 año)

About This Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Product Manager responsible for the BB portfolio, including anti-TNF biosimilars. You will contribute to the execution of marketing strategies, assist in healthcare professionals’ projects, and support internal marketing training initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Support the implementation and execution of key business activities, including brand plans, marketing and market access projects, congresses, campaigns, and meetings across Spain and Portugal
• Coordinate the material approval process
• Collaborate with cross-functional reviewer teams (Regulatory & Medical) to ensure compliance and timely approvals
• Work closely with external agencies and providers to deliver marketing initiatives
• Support the communication and submission of promotional materials to legal authorities
• Participate in the development and execution of local and national congresses
• Collaborate with the Multichannel team and third parties to implement digital campaigns
• Manage and maintain marketing materials within internal tools for field force use
• Support the organization and planning of national marketing meetings

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or scientific discipline
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid planning, project management, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with Veeva or similar CRM systems.

Contrato para la obtención de la práctica profesional con duración de 1 año.

Salario : 30.000€ anuales + beneficios

Podrá concertarse con quienes estuviesen en posesión de un título universitario o de un título de grado medio o superior, especialista, máster profesional o certificado del sistema de formación profesional, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5/2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, así como con quienes posean un título equivalente de enseñanzas artísticas o deportivas del sistema educativo, que habiliten o capaciten para el ejercicio de la actividad laboral.

El contrato de trabajo para la obtención de práctica profesional deberá concertarse dentro de los tres años, o de los cinco años si se concierta con una persona con discapacidad, siguientes a la terminación de los correspondientes estudios.

En el caso de personas que hayan realizado sus estudios en el extranjero, dicho cómputo se efectuará desde la fecha del reconocimiento u homologación del título en España, cuando tal requisito sea exigible para el ejercicio profesional.
