  • Support partner onboarding and technical integration, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth API enablement and activation.

  • Manage day‑to‑day partner relationships, ensuring strong communication, timely issue resolution, and operational alignment.

  • Create KPI’s to monitor partner performance and engagement, using data to identify improvements in onboarding, integration quality, and business outcomes.

  • Assist in partnership planning and negotiation, helping advance deal cycles from ideation through implementation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, business development, etc.) to deliver high‑quality partner integrations and joint initiatives.

  • Support co‑marketing or enablement activities that strengthen partner adoption and marketplace value.

  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of processes, partner tools, and onboarding frameworks to improve partner experience and scalability.
