Job Responsibilities:

(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to Inventory team.

• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workload to support operational needs.

• Oversee and validate cycle counts, recounts, and variance investigations.

• Ensure timely and accurate WMS updates for all inventory transactions.

• Review and approve inventory adjustments before management submission.

• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors, Quality, and Operations teams.

• Maintain documentation for cycle counts, returned goods, expired items, and recalls.

• Generate/log weekly and monthly inventory accuracy reports.

• Collaborate with leadership on the pick face slotting initiatives for the picking modules.

• Collaborate with leadership on the module pick face management – system, labels, sizing, etc.

• May be required to train new hires on various warehouse functions.

• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation.

• Other duties as assigned or requested by leadership.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.

• 2+ years of manufacturing, distribution, or related work experience, required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Ability to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents, reports, and metrics.

• Ability to effectively lead others.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and WMS.

• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• General distribution knowledge.

The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all. Associates must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have hearing sufficient to safely operate MHE Material Handling Equipment in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Work Environment:

The noise level is moderate to loud. There will almost always be exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment, exposure to precarious situations and potential temperature excursions. Occasionally the position will have exposure to fumes/airborne particles.
